1/4 ts salt (I use Himalayan salt)
3 tbs Nutiva coconut oil
1/4 ts baking soda
1/2 cup berries on your choice or raisins
3 tbs coconut sugar
3 eggs
Melt coconut oil if it is solid and mix all products togther. Spoon into the greased muffin molds, filling each cup about two-thirds full. Bake for about 15 to 20 minutes.
