I am from England and get charged both customs tax (20%) and handling (circa $12) on any orders over £15 ($20). I have a loyalty credit of £30 after a large order. Ideally, to avoid the above charges I need to make 2 orders. Does the credit only apply to the NEXT order, or could it be used as I have suggested over 2 orders?

ReplyDeleteHi Jeremy
DeleteSorry for late replay. Iwas on holiday
You had really huge order. Loyalty credit applied to next order but i think there will be part of credit left for next order if your order less than £30.
People from UK who I know purchase orders under £15 to avoid taxes.
I'm from Singapore. How do I redeem my loyalty credits? Is there a code to enter? Isn't it auto deduct?
ReplyDeleteHi
DeleteI attached new image to post where loyalty credit is shown. It You earn loyalty credit for every order you place and credit became available when order is shipped. It is auto and all you have to do to get it is place order. In 6 month the loyalty credit will expire. The date of expiration shown on my account page.
Hope I helped. Don't hesitate to ask if something not clear
iHerb is becoming very disappointing. They just lowered the loyalty credit from 10% to 5%. They also make you have to order minimum $40 now in order to use promo codes when before you could use the promo codes for any order on any amount.
ReplyDeleteYes ,agree, recent changes are not good ones :( They promised make prices less, let's see what new year will bring. But from some time Im getting not excited but worried to hear about new coming changes. But still there no real alternative go iherb , vitacost has good variety of products but shipping prices high.and no loyalty rewards at all.
