Fenugreek for hair volume

The seeds and leaves of methi (fenugreek) are  widely used in Indian kitchen.  
The use of fenugreek for hair is a popular practice in many cultures of the world.

  This herb is often used to naturally condition and moisturize the hair and treat a variety of scalp issues.
You can increase your hair volume and encourage hair growth  naturally with fenugreek.

1.  Take 2 tablespoons of fenugreek seeds and 1 glass of just the boiled water and put it into thermos
2.   leave it for 8-10 hiours
3.   Strain the resulting infusion into a spray bottle
4. Spray it to freshly shampooed hair squeezing out as much water as possible before it
5. Wait when hair will be dry and comb them

You can keep the bottle refrigerated for 3-4 days and after make new infusion.
I use this recipe for couple months and really like effect- good volume and manageable hair.

Repeat it  it once or twice a week
